How you can help

Admission only covers a portion of the services provided, so we rely on generous contributions from individuals like you, corporations,  foundations, and public agencies to support our various funding priorities.

Admission prices only cover a portion of the services we provide. Gifts are welcome year-round and are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

• Purchase a science center gift card for an upcoming birthday, anniversary, or celebration! Gift cards may be applied to memberships, 21+ events, the gift shop, and more.

DONATION AMOUNT SUGGESTIONS

• $25 provides 25 craft kits for our high-tech, maker-space, Innovation Incubator (i2)
• $50 offsets the cost of field trip admission for 60 students
• $75 purchases a meteorite for hands-on astronomy education
• $100 covers the cost of 2 Curiosity Memberships, a subsidized membership for families who participate in certain government programs
• $250 offsets the cost of one CR3W volunteer, a free program for high school students in the Nashville area
• $400 supplies a month’s worth of liquid nitrogen for our massive, end-of-day cloud demonstration
• $750 underwrites two one-week camp scholarships
• $1,000 gives 150 MNPS students and 15 MNPS teachers access to the science center
• $2,500 covers the full cost of an episode of Science Under the Surface or The Hub

DONOR PRIVACY POLICY

Adventure Science Center is committed to respecting the privacy of donors. The types of donor information that it collects and maintains are as follows:

• Contact information: name, address, telephone number and email address
• Giving information
• Information on events attended, publications received and special requests for program information
• Information provided by the donor in the form of comments and suggestions

Adventure Science Center uses donors’ information to understand their interests in its mission and to update them on the organization’s plans and activities. It is shared with staff, board members, volunteers and consultants only on a “need-to-know” basis. The science center also assures donors that their names and addresses will not be shared with any third party unless permission has been granted. For those who do not wish to be included on a mailing list that might be sold, rented or leased to other organizations, donors should contact the science center to have their names removed.
