As a favorite Middle Tennessee destination, we receive a high volume of donation requests each month. We reserve an allotment of tickets to make available for community fundraising, giving priority to schools and other non-profit organizations whose work aligns with our mission of opening every mind to the wonders of science and technology, fostering a better understanding of ourselves and the world around us.
Due to the volume of donation requests received by Adventure Science Center, requests must meet the following criteria:
- Request must be made online through:
- DonationMatch – Set up an online profile using our referral code: adventure.
- Email – Include a copy of your organization's IRS determination letter showing your 501(c)(3) status and your federal ID number AND a letter on official letterhead stating the date and description of the event.
- The event/organization is somehow related to our mission.
- The event/organization has not received a donation within the past 12 months.
- Adventure Science Center will be included in event marketing materials.
- Must be a school (public or private) or a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
- Must be submitted 4-6 weeks prior to event date.
If the requirements above are met, please apply and request our tickets on DonationMatch or via email. We cannot accept mail or fax donation requests.
