GSK Science in the Summer is a free science education program that helps elementary school children “grow into science.” Through classes held in public libraries and other community-based organizations, the program gets kids excited about learning science with hands-on experiments.

GSK Science in the Summer introduces scientific concepts in a fun and hands-on setting to elementary-aged students while supporting Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) learning and helping lessen the impact of summer learning loss.

Science of Sports
Through active, hands-on learning, students will discover that athletes need to be physically fit, mentally fit, and properly equipped to excel. At the same time, students will learn how athletes are supported by a broad and diverse network of STEM professionals. Most kids know that athletic ability leads to success in sports, but the two-day Science of Sports program shows them that science is another way to get in the game.
