VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH

September 2018

Patrick

Why do you love volunteering at Adventure Science Center?

I really enjoy giving back to my community. Institutions like ASC were really important to me during my formative years. I struggled a lot in school until I was able to connect with science in exciting ways at places like ASC. I hope I can continue giving that same experience to young guests!

Adventures in Volunteering!

Volunteers are an integral part of the Adventure Science Center team! They are a dedicated group of individuals who serve a vital role in helping us achieve our mission to open every mind to the wonders of science and technology, fostering an understanding of ourselves and the world around us. Volunteers have the opportunity to get involved with Adventure Science Center through a variety of volunteer shifts and assignments. From ushering planetarium shows to facilitating activities at events, there is a place for everyone!

Please note: Adventure Science Center does not offer court-ordered community service as a volunteer opportunity.
