They'll mix\, make\, launch\, and discover their way through a winter break full of spectacular science! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister Now:\n\n\n\nKindergarten - 1st\n\n2nd - 4th\n\nAdd Before Care\n\nAdd After Care\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFAQs\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat time is camp?\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCamp runs from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM with check-in running from 8:30 AM  – 9:00 AM and check-out running from 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat if I can't make it to the check-in or check-out time?\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFor an additional fee\, Before Care and After Care is available for those needing early check-in or late check-out.\n\nBefore Care runs from 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM.\nAfter Care runs from 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM.\nAny camper dropped off before 8:30 AM or after 4:00 PM will be charged the respective Before or After Care fee.\n\nBecome a member to save!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMy Camper is starting Kindergarten. Can they join?\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCampers attending Adventure Science Center camp must be at least 5 years old and have entered Kindergarten to attend camp. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nShould I pack a lunch and snack for my child each day?\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAdventure Science Center camp does not provide lunch or snacks. All campers should bring a snack with them each day and may either bring their own lunch or order food from our on-site STRATA Café. STRATA lunch orders must be completed and paid for on Monday morning for the entire week.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nShould I send my child with money for the gift shop?\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe do not encourage campers to bring money to camp. Their camp schedule does not include a stop in the gift shop.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCancellation Policy\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe understand plans change! Please review the following cancellation policies.\n\nSUMMER CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY:\n\nCancel before April 1st -  full refund minus $50.\nCancel prior to Week 1 of camp -  50% refund\nCancel after Week 1 of camp starts -  no refund \n\nNON-SUMMER CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY:\n\n28 days or more from the first day of the camp session - full refund minus $10.\nMore than 14 days in advance first day of the camp session - 50% refund\nLess than 14 days from the first day of the camp session - no refund \n\nRefund requests will be calculated from the delivery date of the request. Please email camps@adventuresci.org to request a refund.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCampers With Special Needs\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe are committed to creating an inclusive camp experience for every camper. We make every effort to support campers with a variety of needs\, though some accommodations may be beyond our capacity. If your child has specific accommodations\, needs\, or considerations\, please contact the Camp Office at (615) 401-5077. Our Camp Coordinator will follow up to discuss how we can best support your camper.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSubsidized Camp Opportunities\nAdventure Science Center is proud to offer subsidized camp registration fees to families that participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP\, WIC) and the Families First/Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) programs.\n\nHow to Enroll:\n\n 	Fill out the subsidized camp request form here.\n 	Upload proof of aid at the end of the form\, then submit the form.\n 	The camp coordinator will contact parents in the order they apply to our subsidized camp opportunities.\n\nSubsidized camp registrations are available for single-day and week-long Camps. Spots are limited and provided on a first-come\, first-served basis.
