Hands-on Activities Throughout the Day: \nSling Shot Cars: You've heard of gasoline and electric cars\, but have you ever heard of slingshot-powered cars?! Visitors can construct a car from various materials and attach a rubber band to the back of the vehicle. \nThen\, take it to the track\, pull back\, and watch it race with the power of kinetic energy! \nUV-Powered Cars: Use the power of the biggest energy source in our solar system: the Sun! We're bringing the sun inside to power cars across a table. Visitors will use UV flashlights to race their solar cars across the finish line. \nAir-Powered Vehicles: Harness the power of the wind to help make vehicles move. Visitors will make their own car\, truck\, or boat fixed with a sail to catch the wind. Place your vehicle in front of the fan to watch it glide to the finish line. \ni2 Makerspace Activities: Engage with a hands-on guided activity in our beloved makerspace. \nSpecial thanks to Nissan for sponsoring Green Month:
