Spring Break Camps just got more flexible.
This year, families can choose between our traditional week-long Spring Break Camps or enroll in individual day camps. Whether you’re looking for a full week of hands-on learning or just a day or two that fits your schedule, you now have the freedom to build the Spring Break experience that works best for your student without sacrificing the engaging, science-filled fun our camps are known for.

Subsidized Camp Opportunities
Adventure Science Center is proud to offer subsidized camp registration fees to families that participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, WIC) and the Families First/Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) programs.
How to Enroll:
- Fill out the subsidized camp request form here.
- Upload proof of aid at the end of the form, then submit the form.
- The camp coordinator will contact parents in the order they apply to our subsidized camp opportunities.
Subsidized camp registrations are available for single-day and week-long Camps. Spots are limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
FAQs
Camp runs from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM with check-in running from 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM and check-out running from 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM.
For an additional fee, Before Care and After Care is available for those needing early check-in or late check-out.
Before Care runs from 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM.
After Care runs from 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM.
Any camper dropped off before 8:30 AM or after 4:00 PM will be charged the respective Before or After Care fee.

Adventure Science Center camp does not provide lunch or snacks. Campers should bring a snack with them each day and may either bring their own lunch or order food from our on-site Subway. Subway lunch orders must be completed and paid for on Monday morning for the entire week.
*Beginning with President's Day Camp 2026, the on-site Subway will no longer be available as a lunch option. Campers are highly encourage do bring a snack or lunch with them.
We do not encourage campers to bring money to camp. Their camp schedule does not include a stop in the gift shop.
We understand plans change! Please review the following cancellation policies.
SUMMER CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancel before April 1st - full refund minus $50.
Cancel prior to Week 1 of camp - 50% refund
Cancel after Week 1 of camp starts - no refund
NON-SUMMER CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY:
28 days or more from the first day of the camp session - full refund minus $10.
More than 14 days in advance first day of the camp session - 50% refund
Less than 14 days from the first day of the camp session - no refund
Refund requests will be calculated from the delivery date of the request. Please email camps@adventuresci.org to request a refund.
We make every attempt to serve campers who require special attention or consideration. However, as we are not a special needs camp, there may be some needs that we are unable to meet. If your child has special needs or requirements, please contact us at camps@adventuresci.org
