A total solar eclipse is coming to the United States in April 2024. This will be the last total solar eclipse visible from the Continental U.S. until 2044, so this is a must-see event for everyone.
Though Nashville is not in the path of totality, we will have specialized programming on-site at the science center on April 8, 2024. Details regarding on-site programming will be released at a later date.
Looking for an easy way to see the eclipse in the path of totality? Join astronomer and Director of the Sudekum Planetarium, Dr. Morgan Rehnberg, for a day-long, all-inclusive trip to Evansville Museum in Evansville, Indiana to see the total solar eclipse in totality.
