Your school or qualified non-profit organization can request up to four (4) free general admission tickets for fundraising!
As a favorite Middle Tennessee destination, we receive a high volume of donation requests each month. We reserve an allotment of tickets to make available for community fundraising, giving priority to schools and other non-profit organizations whose work aligns with our mission of opening every mind to the wonders of science and technology, fostering a better understanding of ourselves and the world around us.
Due to the volume of donation requests received by Adventure Science Center, requests must meet the following criteria:
Requests must be made online through DonationMatch – set up an online profile using our referral code adventure
- The event/organization is somehow related to our mission
- The event/organization has not received a donation within the past 12 months
- Adventure Science Center will be included in event marketing materials
- Must be a school (public or private) or a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
- Must be submitted 4-6 weeks prior to event date
If the requirements above are met, please apply and request our tickets on DonationMatch. We cannot accept mailed or faxed donation requests. We will mail one four pack of admission passes to the requested address if passes are still available.

We donate to:
- Schools (public and private)
- 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations
We do NOT donate to:
- For-profit organizations
- 501(c) organization types other than (3)
- Third-party requests (for-profit organizations or individuals raising money for another group)
- Events benefiting a single person or family
- Organizations associated with political and/or legislative (lobbying) activities
We regret that due to the volume of requests we receive, we are unable to honor all of them. Donations are limited to one request per organization within a twelve-month period. Memberships, Sudekum Planetarium tickets, Blue Max tickets, and admission to after-hour events such as Second Saturdays and Way Late Play Dates are not part of our donation program.
