Request General Admission Tickets
Adventure Science Center is proud to support fellow nonprofit organizations who provide essential services for under-resourced communities. Through the Adventure Access Fund, we can remove cost barriers for historically underserved and underrepresented communities, ensuring access to our robust STEM programming through free admission tickets, among other offerings.
We reserve an allotment of tickets each year to support our schools and nonprofit partners through ticket donations for community fundraising initiatives and direct distribution to constituents served. If you are a school or 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization interested in a ticket donation, please review the following information and submit the form below.
Eligibility Requirements
- The organization or its affiliates has not received a donation in the past 12 months.
- The organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit/charity with an active tax-exempt status.
- The organization, if approved, agrees to recognize this support on their social media pages and tag Adventure Science Center.

Please note:
Due to the volume of requests received and limited inventory, we do not provide donations for:
- Organizations other than tax-exempt 501(c)3 nonprofits as identified by the IRS.
- Use the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search tool to verify your tax-exempt status. Requests will be denied if a form is submitted with an EIN number that does not appear in this database.
- Third-party requests submitted by individuals or for-profit businesses on a nonprofit organization’s behalf.
- Fundraisers/events that benefit a single person or family.
- Any organization associated with political and/or legislative (lobbying) activities.
- Direct email, mail, or in-person requests (online forms only).
- Mailing to private/residential addresses unless that address is listed on the organization’s most recent 990 form.
- Requests submitted more than once within a 12-month period by the same organization.
- Requests for anything other than general admission tickets, such as memberships, Sudekum Planetarium shows, MaxFlight rides, or after-hour events such as Way Late Play Date.
As of 7/1/2026, Adventure Access passes will be available for pick-up only. Mailing will no longer be an option as a delivery method.
