SUMMER CAMP 2025
Summer camp at Adventure Science Center is an awesome way to have fun and learn some new things! For 2025, we’re offering camp classes for children entering 1st through 5th grades. To make camp even better this year, we’re offering some exciting new options:
- Rising 1st graders now have their own camp with additional staff and age-specific content for our youngest campers.
- For older grades, we’re now offering a choice of two different themes most weeks so kids can follow their passion.

Space—Wonders of the Galaxy
Blast off into a world of exploration and discovery of life beyond the stars, where young astronauts embark on an unforgettable journey into the cosmos. Whether it’s learning about the solar system, preparing for a moon landing, or exploring cutting-edge space technology, this is the ultimate adventure for any aspiring explorer looking to reach for the stars!
Wizardry—Wizarding World of Science
Step into a world where science and magic blend seamlessly. Campers will embark on a thrilling journey through the realms of magical science, discovering the hidden wonders of the universe using the power of both wizardry and the laws of nature. From the enchanted forest to the laboratory, campers will explore different areas of science and nature through hands-on activities, guided by experienced wizard-scientists. Get ready for a summer filled with mystery, discovery, and science that's truly spellbinding!
Paleontology—Jurassic Explorers
Join us for an immersive experience where campers are transported back to the prehistoric world of dinosaurs! Campers will embark on a week-long journey with hands-on activities, dino-themed challenges, and plenty of surprises. Perfect for young explorers, budding paleontologists, and anyone eager to experience the wonders of the Jurassic period.
Biology—Organism Odyssey
Dive into the fascinating world of life sciences. Get ready for a summer of discovery—where the world of biology comes to life! Whether you're a budding biologist or simply curious about the natural world, campers will explore local ecosystems, from forests to wetlands, and observe plants, animals, and microorganisms in their natural habitats. This week is the perfect environment for young scientists to expand their knowledge and get inspired for a future in biology.
Chemistry—Chemistry Quest
Get ready for an electrifying adventure at Chemistry Quest, where curiosity, creativity, and science collide! This summer, campers will embark on an exciting journey through the fascinating world of chemistry. Whether they're mixing colorful reactions or building explosive volcanoes, each day will be a quest for chemical discovery. So, put on your lab coats, gather your gear, and prepare for the ultimate chemistry adventure. The quest for knowledge begins here!

FAQs
Camp runs from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm with check-in running from 8:30 am to 9:00 am and check-out running from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
For an additional fee, Before Care and After Care is available for those needing early check-in or late check-out.
Before Care runs from 7:30 am to 9:00 am.
After Care runs from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
Any camper dropped off before 8:30 am or after 4:00 pm will be charged the respective Before or After Care fee.

Adventure Science Center camp does not provide lunch or snacks. Campers should bring a snack with them each day and may either bring their own lunch or order food from our on-site Subway. Subway lunch orders must be completed and paid for on Monday morning for the entire week or the various days of the week you would like to purchase Subway lunch.
We do not encourage campers to bring money to camp. Their camp schedule does not include a stop in the gift shop. The gift shop will be open from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm Friday for camp families.

Cancel before April 1 - full refund minus $50
Cancel before Week 1 of camp - 50% refund
Cancel after Week 1 of camp starts - no refund
Refund requests will be calculated from the delivery date of the request. Please email camps@adventuresci.org to request a refund.

We make every attempt to serve campers who require special attention or consideration. However, as we are not a special needs camp, there may be some needs that we are unable to meet. If your child has special needs or requirements, please contact us at Camps@adventuresci.org
Adventure Science Center is proud to offer subsidized camp registration fees to families that participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, WIC) and the Families First/Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) programs.
How to Enroll:
- Contact the Camp Coordinator at camps@adventuresci.org. Provide the camper's name, grade, and specific camp/date(s) of interest.
- Email proof of SNAP, WIC, or TANF participation to camps@adventuresci.org.
- Complete payment with the Camp Coordinator.
Subsidized camp registrations are available for Day and Week-long Camps. Spots are limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
