We are overjoyed to share the new Wonders of the Universe gallery with the public!

This exhibition highlights the innovative technology scientists use to explore outer space. A full-size model of the Mars Curiosity rover is the focal point of the exhibition, surrounded by a diorama designed to teach visitors about the Red Planet. The rover is on loan from NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) and is the only one on display in Tennessee.

Wonders of the Universe includes a number of additional exhibits and interactives; including, a real Mars meteorite that visitors can touch, life-sized comparisons of NASA’s Hubble and James Webb telescopes, and a section dedicated to the exploration of light in space.
