The 19th Annual TWISTER Conference

ATTENDANCE

Thanks to the work of science center staff members, community partners, and sponsors, we hosted 106 attendees at the 2023 TWISTER conference.

We had a total of 40 presenters, 60 volunteers, and 12 companies/organizations who helped facilitate ten unique sessions and 20 sessions total.

IMPACT

Our attendees' answers to our questions speak for themselves! The TWISTER 2023 conference created a space in which middle and high school girls could connect with their peers while learning about careers in science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics from engaging, STEAM professionals.
